Mr. E. H. Cook, an old and highly respected citizen of the Magee community, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. S. Jones, in Magee, Tuesday morning after a lingering illness of several months, aged about 78 years.
He is survived by several children and grandchildren to whom the News tenders condolence in their sorrow. The interment took place in Magee cemetery Wednesday morning.
