Carol Ann "Callie" Boshard. This amazing, kind and wonderful woman returned to our Heavenly Father July 20, 2008. Carol was born in Boise, Idaho on January 31, 1937 and was the daughter of Hope and Neldon Hermansen of Salt Lake City. She attended and graduated from Granite High School and Westminster College. Carol worked in the medical profession and spent many years serving and caring for others. Some of Carol's favorite things were family, flowers, music, diet Coke and "My Purse." She will be remembered for her sense of humor, warm and loving spirit and always thinking of others before herself. She is survived by daughters Dawn (Don) and Merrilyn (Chris). grandchildren, Jason (Amanda), Nick and Gianna; great-grandchildren, Victoria and Conner.
Preceded in death by her brother, Ted; husbands Ted Peters and Merrill Boshard and her grandson, Adam.
A caring nurturing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend - she will be deeply missed, though she will always remain in our hearts and prayers.
Services will be held Friday July 25th, 11 a.m at Redwood Memorial Mourtary, 6500 S. Redwood Road, with a gathering for family and friends a half hour prior.
The family would would like to extend a grateful "Thank You" for the wonderful care and services provided by Garden Terrace and Inspiration Hospic.
We love you mom and are looking forward to the day we can all be together again.
