Funeral services were held April 27th at the Houston Funeral Home for John Roy Bullard, who died on April 25th at 87 in the Houston Hospital. Services were conducted by Rev. Howard Hathorn and interment was in Houston Cemetery.
Mr. Bullard was the son of John Jonathan Bullard and Etta Stage. He was a retired carpenter and was affiliated with the Christian Church in Wilson, Ark.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Brown Bullard of Houlka; two daughters, Mrs. Marietta Williams of Bruce and Mrs. Louise Norman of Houston; a brothers, Eugene of West Helena, Ark.; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
