Lula Bail dies at age 102
ST. ELMO -Lula Anna Bail, 102, of St. Elmo died 5:20 p.m. Thursday (May 23,1991) in Heritage Home Care Center, St. Elmo.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Fairview United Methodist Church, rural St. Elmo. Visitation will be after noon Saturday in the church. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, St. Elmo. Arrangements are by: May Funeral Home, St. Elmo.
Mrs. Bail was born in Kinmundy, daughter of Elijah and Cornelia Pruett Bail.
She was a schoolteacher for 43 years. She began teaching at the age of 17. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church, past member of Retired Teachers Association and member of St. Elmo Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving are her seven nephews and five nieces. Six brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
