Carolyn Harbour, 63, died Friday, July 9, 2004, at home. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst. Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with burial in Hazlehurst Cemetery.
Mrs. Harbour was a native and lifelong resident of Copiah County. She was a registered nurse and worked for Hardy Wilson Hospital, the Copiah County Health Department, and with the Copiah County School System for eight years. Mrs. Harbour was a member of Gallman Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Lamar Harbour; daughters, Lois Knight and husband Jason of Hazlehurst and Amanda Purser and husband Scooter of Hattiesburg; sisters, Brenda Slay of Crystal Springs and Nancy Pollard of Baton Rouge, La.; grandchildren, Alayne Purser and Andrew Purser both of Hattiesburg and Dalton Knight of Hazlehurst.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gallman Baptist Church.
