Terry Wayne Vancil of Eugene died Nov. 9 at age 56. The family chose not to list the cause of death. No service is planned.
He was born April 24, 1951, in Rock Island, Ill., to Norman and Rita Marie Vancil. He married his wife, Mary, on Jan. 11, 1985, in Eugene. She died in 2003.
He attended Cal Poly Pomona and worked as a weighmaster for the state of Oregon.
Survivors include a brother, Dale of Atlanta; and a sister, Joyce Witek of Fallbrook, Calif.
