Mrs. Mary Ruth Peddicord, age 71 of Kennedy, AL died Friday February 23, 1990 at Fayette County Hospital, Fayette, AL.
Mrs. Peddicord was born Oct. 15, 1918. She was the daughter of Albert Godfrey and Ethel Mae Price Godfrey.
Funeral services were held at 2 pm Sunday, Feb. 25, 1990 at Meadow Branch Baptist Church with Bro. Ray Aldridge officiating. Burial was in the Meadow Branch Cemetery with Dowdle Funeral Home of Millport, AL directing.
Survivors include her husband,, Edward Peddicord of Kennedy, AL; one brother, W. C. Godfrey of Albuquerque, NM; two sisters, Addie Lou Moore and Effie Mae Trull, both of Kennedy, AL; a number of nieces and nephews. They had no children.
