Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. today, Oct. 15, 2006, at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial in Hill Cemetery, Killen. Officiating will be Lee Wildman and cousin Billy Randolph.
Mr. Southerland was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Jackson Southerland; grandmother, Ila Jackson; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Southerland.He is survived by his father and stepmother, Walter and Nenita Southerland, of Woodlands, Texas; three brothers, Terry Ray Southerland, of Huntsville, Ala., Matthew and Mark Southerland, both of Woodlands, Texas; nephew, Tommy Southerland, of Florence; niece, Justina Southerland, of Florence; grandfather, Arnold (Paw Paw Sleepy) Jackson, of Florence; three aunts, Paula Blizzard, of North Carolina, Brenda Bullington, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., and Jane Randolph, of Florence; and uncle, Charles Jackson, of Huntsville, Ala.
Pallbearers will be cousins, Randy Enlow, Roderick Enlow, Jamie Randolph, Jeff Bryan, Dale Enlow and Ty Randolph.
Honorary pallbearers will include cousin, Rebecca Randolph Bryan, George and Daphne Lopp, James Hunt, Shawn Payne, Derek and Trey Jackson and the entire staff of Countryside Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Center, 4212 Jackson Highway, Sheffield, AL 35660.
The family sends a heartfelt thank you to Aunt Jane, who devoted her life to taking care of "Lee Bo."
