SMITHLAND, Ky.--Services for Robert Duley Jones, 90, of Smithland will be at 1 p.m. today at Light House Pentecostal Church in Ledbetter, where he was a member. The Revs. Judy Warren and O.D. Joiner will officiate. Burial will be in Paradise Cemetery.
Mr. Jones died at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday at his residence.
He was a retired farmer, and was a member of Laborers International Union Local 1214 in Paducah.
Surviving are his wife, Readie Jones; three daughters, Helen Knight and Dorothy Buford, both of Smithland, and Sharon Snyder of Calvert City; one son, Donald Jones of Paducah; one brother, Aubry Jones of Salem; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellie McKinney Jones; three sons, Benny Jones, Glennie Jones and Marvin Lee Jones; four brothers; and two sisters. His parents were Robert "Bob" and Mandie Jones.
