"SHELTON -- Dollie Rita Allen, 56, died Wednesday at her home in Union. A funeral service will be held at Batstone Funeral Home this Saturday afternoon, starting at one-thirty o'clock with the Rev. Horace Mounts officiating. Burial will take place in Shelton Memorial Park. Mrs. Allen, born October 6, 1909, in Bemidji, Minnesota, had been a Mason County resident for 33 years. She is survived by her husband, Herbert L. Allen of Union; four sons, Robert and Ray of Port Townsend, and Richard and Rolland of Union; two daughters, Miss Bonnie Allen and Mrs. Max Dean, both of Union; three brothers, Harry and Guy Morris of Union and Vernon Morris of Shelton; and three sisters, Mrs. Edna Gatewood and Mrs. Hazel Johnson of Union, and Mrs. Elsie Wray of Yakima."
