BALDWIN -- Margo Aichele, 57, Baldwin, died April 14, 1998, in a Bismarck hospital, after a brief battle with cancer. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Sunne Lutheran Church, six miles east of Wilton, on Highway 36, with the Rev. Paul Schauer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. today at Eastgate Funeral Service and will continue for one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
Margo E. Strand was born on Aug. 28, 1940, in Bismarck, the daughter of Arnold O. and Olive E. (Johnson) Strand. She grew up and attended school in Bismarck, graduating from Bismarck High School in 1958. She married Tom Aichele on March 11, 1960, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bismarck. They lived in Northwood for three years before returning to live in Bismarck. They managed the Airport Bar and Cafe until they started farming in the Baldwin area. They operated their grain and dairy farm for 27 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents. The family prefers memorials to the American Cancer Society. (Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck)
