HOUSTON Inez Woodall O'Barr, 70, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2000, at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Houston Church of God. She was a licensed minister and evangelist. She was a supporter of North Dakota Indian Mission and numerous other charitable organizations. She was a volunteer at Floy Dyer Manor. She was a Godly woman devoted to her faith and trust in God and family and was a wonderful loving lady who touched the hearts of the many people she met and all who knew her.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Houston Church of God with the Rev. Randy Rigney and the Rev. Tony Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Chickasaw Memorial Gardens. Houston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include three daughters, Mildred Meadows of Sumiton, Ala., Marie Wilts of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Melissa Fahland of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; one son, Dennis Dale O'Barr of Woodland; her mother, Jennie L. Woodall of Okolona; her twin sister, Irene Earnest of Okolona, three sisters, Ann Blansett of Okolona, Charlotte Pitts of Verona and Pauline Tuz of Jackson, Tenn.; two brothers, Curtis Woodall of Vardaman and John Woodall of Fulton; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. O'Barr; her father, William Martin "Mote" Woodall; four sisters, Charlene Cooper, Murtice Higginbotham, Jeanette Carrier and Carol Faye Autry; one brother, James Gore Woodall.

Pallbearers will be David Miller, Doug Miller, Daniel Miller, Dale O'Barr, Tony Hill and Michael King.

Ted Brassfield will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
