He was born at Duncansville, the son of Perry and Belle Ginter, and he was married to Miss Martha Wier of Newry.
Mr. Ginter was employed at the lime kiln. He was a member of the Knights of the golden Eagle of Duncansville.
Besides his parents, wife and one son, he is survived by two brothers and two sisters, as follows: William, Duncansville; George, Altoona; Mrs. John Campbell, Hollidaysburg, and Mrs. Jennie Gross, Pittsburgh.
Funeral services will be held from the late home at 10 o'clock Friday morning with burial in Carson Valley cemetery.
