Arthur was the son of Arthur Willman and Louise Ringwald. On 24 Oct 1941 he married Jaunita Clark and they had four children: Arthur, Michael, Sharon, and Peggy. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and an employee of the Falls City Fence company. Arthur died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at his home, 4205 Vermont Avenue, at the age of 40.
