The deceased was born in Wanamie, the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Boyle McNulty, and came to Freeland while still a young girl with her parents. Her father was a prominent funeral director in Freeland years ago.
Mrs. Wackley lived in Freeland until 1942 and had conducted her undertaking business prior to that time. In 1942, and after the death of her husband, Henry, she went to Denver to live with her son, Patrick.
She had been a member of St. Ann's Church in Freeland.
Survivors include four sons: Patrick, Denver; Henry, Freeland; Technical Sgt. Leo, with the air force at Cheyenne, Wyo., and Master Sgt. Joseph, with the air force at Weaver S.D. In addition to 13 grandchildren, a brother, Robert J. McNulty, a Freeland funeral director, and Mrs. Frank DeGross, also of Freeland, survive. Burial will be in Freeland with a mass to be offered up in St. Ann's church.
