She was born March 4, 1923, in Chaffee, daughter of Grover Cleveland and Ada Dunning White. She and James Washington Kinsey were married July 25, 1942. He died Feb. 14, 1988.
Kinsey retired as a nurse assistant from Chaffee General Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Jim Kinsey of Chaffee; two daughters, Pat Hutson of Randles, Peggy Lantz of Strawberry, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter and two brothers.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jack Hargraves officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
