Eunice byram Roberts as a wife, mother and a genealogist. She wrote ref #1, BYRAM - CRAWFORD AND ALLIED FAMILIES GENEALOGY.
On page 84 of the 1966 edition of her book she writes of Aaron Gaston Byram "it is said that, Aaron Gaston Byram had the most exclusive collection of BYRAM genealogies in existence in 1851 - many have written more since. With a tate for such pursuits, with rare good judgement and great industry, he had secured material for a full BYRAM History, which by all means, should have been published - so with the material he gained, added to the data I have secured, The BYRAM History carries on and I am hoping to be able to complete it and have it published in book form while I am still here and hope others will carry on in later years."
She did not live to complete her book in 1962 & 1966. We all apreciate her work.
Eunice graduated from KS State Teachers College and taught school for several years. Eunice and Arthur were married in her parent's home and in the same room in which she was born. Arthur first worked in a jewelry store. He next purchased a jewelry store in Cane KS. Arthur studied Optometry and moved to Anadarko, OK in 1927. They then moved to Chickasha, OK in 1928. Eurnice was quite active in civil activities.
