CALEDONIA Ada Mae Reeves Scott, 94, died Monday, June 15, 1998, at her home in Caledonia. She was born Nov. 24, 1903, in Lee County to Willie and Nora Edgeworth Reeves. She lived most of her life in Monroe County. She was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church and the widow of Hendrix G. Scott, who died in 1981.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen with the Rev. Howard Simmons and the Rev. Mutt Cantrell officiating. Burial will be in Lockhart Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Catherine Honnoll of Caledonia; three sons, Leon Scott, Erie Scott and Alfred Scott, all of Gattman; three sisters, Ettie Corbell and Audie Bailey, both of Bartahatchie, and Elliee Rhee West of Columbus; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William H. Scott.
Her grandsons will be pallbearers.
