Died November 8th, 1878, near Bethel, Maury county, Tenn., my dear sister, Sarah E. C. Morrow, wife of elder A. A. Morrow. She was born January 18th, 1843; obeyed the Gospel in 1860, and was married to brother Morrow July 28th, 1861. She leaves a sorrowing companion, and seven children to mourn her loss. We sorrow not as those who have no hope, for we knew her to be frank, just, and generous to all and earnest in the service of the Master. One by one the ties that bind us here are broken. Oh how sad the thought, we never more shall receive her kind greetings; yes, gone dear sister but not forgotten. May she ever live, fresh in our memories, may we all so live, as to meet her in our Father's house to sing his praises ever more. Wm. N. Murphy. --- Gospel Advocate, December 19, 1878, page 793.
