Dolores Burrell Leach of Elmira, NY died suddenly at home on September 11, 1996.
Dolores was predeceased by her parents, Sylvester and Harriet Burrell, a brother, Michael G. Burrell and niece, Juanita Burrell all of Elmira, NY.
Dolores is survived by her siblings Charles (Rhea) Burrell of Elmira, NY, Allen (Josephine) Burrell of Horseheads, NY and Diane (Ken) Miller of Erin, NY, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Barrett Funeral Home, Monday 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The interment will take place in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
Dolores was a kind hearted person who helped alot of people.
She enjoyed being an aunt to her (great) nieces and nephews.
She also took in alot of homeless kittens, cats, puppies and dogs. I should know, some of them ended up at my house too. (smile)
Dolores is my sister.
