Cheri Bezzant, loving wife, mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 22, 2009.


She was born June 3, 1945 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to William Baird and Jeanne Allen Martin. She married her sweetheart "The Pro", Frank Bezzant on May 15, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada.


Cheri loved the time she lived back in Washington D.C. She was a particular housekeeper and loved to clean and fuss over it. Cheri loved to garden and spend time in her yard.


She enjoyed life's little pleasures, laughing with friends, caring for her family, and watching Lifetime Movie Network. Most of all she was a loving grandmother and always put her family first. She was a life member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary.


She is survived by her husband, Frank; Bubba (the dog); children, Marilee (Jeff) Lindstrom, Melinda (Darrin) Dyches, Melissa (Forrest) McKellar, Ambre (Matt) Reid; 11 grandchildren; brother, Jay (Paula) Martin; sister, K.C. (Dick) Eldredge; sister-in-law, Cathy (Ken) Brems. She is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Ken Bezzant.


Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the Magna Central Stake Center, 8181 West Breeze Drive (3320 South). Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna and from 10-10:45 a.m. at the Church prior to the services.
Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
