Friends may call in the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock Chapel on Thursday, January 29, 2009, from 1 to 8 PM and Friday, January 30, 2009, from 12 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held in the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 31, 2009, at 11 AM. Ceremonies will be conducted by Anthony Balowski. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park, Huron Township, MI.
Born June 11, 1944, in Corbin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Edward and Julia (Bryant) Moore. On May 30, 1962, she married Wayne Younglove in Highland Park, MI.
She was a 1962 graduate of Flat Rock High School.
Naomi was employed with Huron High School as a chef for 20 years, retiring in 2002.
She was a member of the Teamsters Union and the Flat Rock Church of God.
In her free time she enjoyed traveling and games of chance. She lived in Huron Township for 45 years.
Her parents, husband, 2 brothers, James and Robert Moore, and a sister, Delores Green, preceded her in death.
Surviving are 2 sons, Wayne Anthony Younglove of New Boston and Michael (Katie) Younglove of Flat Rock; a daughter, Wendy (Anthony) Balowski of Valdez, Alaska; 2 brothers, Daniel Moore of South Rockwood and Eddie Moore of Flat Rock; 9 grandchildren, Christopher, Thaddeus, Megan, Kaylee, Jacob, Caleb, Kristian, David and Melissa; 1 great-grandchild, Addison.
