Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Vidor with burial at Williamson Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor.
A native of Rose City, he lived in the Vidor area all of his life, was a self employed barber at Gaylynn Barber Shop and was a Korean War U.S. Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Baker of Vidor, a son Donald Dee Baker Jr. of Vidor; daughters, Glenda K Grabien of Baytown and Sarah Jane Henley of Granite Shoals; a brother Johnny Baker of Evadale; sisters, Amy Lee Sellers and Lorene Gleode, both of Vidor; five grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
