Excerpt -- Peiping, China, Jan. 20 -- Three American missionaries who disappeared on December 2 from their mission at Shouyang, Shansi Providence, were reported today to have been executed by Chinese Communists at Wutaihsien, in the Northeastern section of the province. The missionaries were believed to have been Mr. and Mrs. Alva Harsh of Eglon, W.Va., and Miss. Minneva Neher, of Laverne, Cal., who have not been heard from since Chinese mobile units attacked Shouyang the night of December 2. They represented the Church of the Brethren.
