Cemetery office reported to me today that this was monument only, May 26, 2014. So this is cenotapy only.
I was at the cemetery this Memorial Day and snapped this photo of the monument so the wording could be easier read. We did not hurt the monument, it is simply some dirt from a few feet away smeared over the stone to make the works more readable. We thought it was Mollie. Turns out the name is Willie a daughter. So it must be short for name of Wilma or Wilhamenia.
