Charles was born in Mercer County, West Virginia on March 28, 1930. Charles married his soul mate, Carolyn, in West Virginia before moving to Michigan where her had a career in the auto industry. Charles worked for the General Motors Corporation for 34 years.
A Christina man, Charles had a deep-rooted faith and love for Jesus Christ. He was a member of the Worship Center Church of God.
Charles was a devoted husband, dad, grandpaw and great grandpaw. He was a teacher of values and a consummate provider for his family. Through his actions, Charles demonstrated the true meaning of love and affection. A greater man has never walked this earth. Charles Beggs was truly a man among men.
Survivors include his beautiful wife of 40 years, Carolyn; his #1 and only son, Chuck; daughter-in-law, Tommy Beggs; grandchildren, Chaz, Casey and Abbey, great grandchildren, Raine and Zachary; and other family members and friends.
