Mrs. A. T. Seale of Marquez Buried Sunday

Mrs. A. T. Seale of Marquez died at her home Saturday about 2 o'clock.

She had been in somewhat feeble health for some years, largely owing to her age, but was able to be up and around the place. Wednesday morning Mr. Seale heard her making some unusual noise, and found her vomiting, and in bad shape generally. A doctor was summoned at once, but she gradually sank into unconsciousness. Saturday afternoon she passed away.

Mrs. Seale was Miss Hettie Richardson, and would have been 77 years of age this coming December. She was the sister to Mrs. A. J. Hollis of this place. She leaves her husband, Albert T. Seale, and two sons, County Commissioner Hardy Seale, and Dr. Boggs Seale. Two daughters daughters died in an accident when a train struck their car between here and Flynn a number of years ago. They were Mrs. Dr. Rogers, and Miss Zella Seale.

Services were held Sunday afternoon by Rev. Milton Lewis assisted by Rev. C. E. Bullock. Amid one of the largest gatherings of the kind, Mrs. Seale was buried in the Marquez Cemetery. People from all over Leon and surrounding counties were in attendance, testifying to the high esteem in which the good lady was held. The Star joins the many friends of the family in extending sympathy in their time of bereavement.
