On page 150 Greene County Missouri Cemeteries Hazelwood Cemetery Vol. XI found her listed:
Skoog Julia E 6 Mar 1880 - 27 Aug 1947 *Julia Etta Logan

Because of that I had her listed as Julia Etta with maiden name of Logan. Changed name Aug 30 2015 to Julia Etta Reddick Skoog. On the same page is a Cora May Logan wife of John Logan there must be a connection somehow. Further research has shown Cora is her sister.

Found her under mis-spelling of her husbands surname in ancestry MO. marriages on line. Looking at the document I can understand why the name was entered as Skovy. :
