Marjorie, 87, died January 21, 2009, after a seven month illness, she was cremated and buried beside her sons. Born November 14, 1921 in North English, Iowa, she was a resident of Calimesa, California. She was an executive secretary at the University of Redlands for 29 years. She was a 50 year member of the First Baptist Church of Yucaipa, California. She enjoyed traveling with her husband in their RV for 30 years.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, ERCLE LOCKWOOD, of Calimesa, died in 2016 (see Ercle's memorial for updated death); sister MARY THIBODEAUX, of Hemet, California; brother JIMMY WOODBURN, of Clarksdale, Arizona, and many nieces and nephews. Ercle and Marjorie were married 17 May, 1941, town unknown at this time, Los Angeles County, California. She was predeceased by two sons, DENNIS and LANNY LOCKWOOD.
