SELMER - Reba N. Ring, 71, retired employee of Western Mental Health Institute in Bolivar, died Tuesday morning of heart failure at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home here with burial in Lake Hill Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Ring, the widow of James Homer Ring, leaves two daughters, Judy Vance of Hornsby and Sherry Ring of Selmer; a son, Rickey Ring of Michie; two sisters, Cinda Powers and Martha Wallace, both of Kenton, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
