Mrs. Florence A. Shaver, 88, of Rt. 2, Tunnelton, died early Saturday morning in Preston Memorial Hospital.
Born April 24, 1887, at Tunnelton, she was a daughter of the late W.H.and Elizabeth Menear Wolfe.[this was misprinted in paper, it was corrected in pen, I corrected it in the typing]..
Surviving are three sons, Willard Shaver of Rt. 2, Tunnelton, Clinton Shaver of Bliss, Texas, and Warren Shaver of Rt.1, Kingwood; one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Johnson of Rt. 2, Tunnelton; two brothers, Vane Wolfe of Terra Alta and Ward Wolfe of Rt. 2, Tunnelton; 18 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Tunnelton United Methodist Church, and the WCTU of Tunnelton. Her husband, the late Boyd Shaver, preceded her in death in1956. Also one daughter, five brothers, and two sisters are deceased.
SHAVER, Mrs. Florence A. 88, of RT. 2, Tunnelton, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 1976, in Preston Memorial Hospital. Friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home after 10 a.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Kenny Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. View Cemetery near Tunnelton.
