Russell O. Davis
Russell O. Davis, 60, died Monday at Memorial Medical Center after a long illness.

He was born in Treutlen County and was retired from BASF Industries as a security guard and was a U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of Meldrim Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Judy Causey of Sylvania and Brenda D. Hodges of Brooklet; four stepsons, Tommy Evans of Sylvania, Terrell Evans of Statesboro, Johnny Evans of
Blairsville and Leon Evans of Thomson; a sister, Erma Clay of Savannah; two brothers, the Rev. Gene Davis of Guyton and Wayne Davis of Savannah; several step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.

Graveside service: 11 a.m. today i Oak Hill Cemetery, Meldrim.

Thomas C. Strickland Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel.

Remembrances: American Cancer Society or American Heart Association or Meldrim Baptist Church.
