MELDRIM -- Lee M. "Bud" Dickerson Jr., 66, died June 20 at Candler Hospital.
He was born in Chatham County and was a member of Meldrim Baptist Church and Pine Island Hunting Club. He retired as a machine adjuster at Union Camp Corp. and was an Army veteran of the Korean conflict.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Rosalyn Copeland Dickerson of Meldrim; two daughters, Janie Lynes and Karen Arledge, both of Meldrim; two sons, Joey and Jamie Dickerson, both of Meldrim; three sisters, Myrtle Latorre of Pooler, Betty Bunton and Ann Huss, both of Savannah; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-9 p.m. today at Thomas C. Strickland Funeral Home, Effingham County.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Meldrim Baptist Church, burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
