Ellsworth died Feb. 8, 2009, in Albuquerque. He was born Sept. 10, 1974, in Crownpoint.
Survivors include his parents, Robert Ellsworth Sr., Christina Ellsworth of Crownpoint; sister, Celetie Ellsworth of Albuquerque; brother, Robert Ellsworth Jr. of Lakeland, Fla.; grandmother, Ena Chavez of Crownpoint.
Ellsworth was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Ellsworth, grandparents, Alfred Chavez Sr., Jay Ellsworth, Alta Ellsworth.
