Miss Georgia Lee Washington Former P. O. Employee in Capital.
Special Dispatch to The Star. ALEXANDRIA. Va. June 30. —
Miss Georgia Lee Washington, 33 years old, who died in Baltimore Wednesday after a protracted illness, was buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery here yesterday afternoon following funeral services in Washington. She was a member of the famous Washington family of Virginia and a distant relative of George Washington. She resided in Washington many years and for eight years was an employee in a post office in that city. She was the daughter of the late Mason Washington of Warrenton, Va., and Mrs. Julia Dew Washington Her mother, two brothers and a sister, all of Washington, survive.
