JAMES EARL MORGAN was born to John Roland and Lottie (Cook) Morgan
and he was their third child second son. James was born Febrauary 14, 1915 in Melba, Idaho.

His brothers and sisters are John Wiley Morgan, Ethel Viola Morgan, Julia Lorraine Morgan, Hannah Leola Morgan, Russell Scott Morgan, LaMont Oscar Morgan, Arlyn Roland Morgan, Verdis LaVor Morgan, Dorothy Ileane Morgan, Geraldine Morgan, and Melvin Dwayne Morgan.

He served in Army during World War ll and was headed on a ship sailing for Japan when the war ended.

James married Lottie Leanna Buster on May 8, 1937.

To this marriage was born Judy Morgan, Jimmie Morgan, Kathy Morgan and Stephen Morgan.

James earned his living as a carpenter and a millwritght.

He passed away June 29, 2004 in Canyonville, Oregon. His services were Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at his church which was Tri City Baptist Church. The Private Interment was Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Masonic Cemetry, Canyonville, Oregon. Paster John P. Gustafson officiated. Myrle Creek Family Funeral Home was in charge.
