Relius H Modesitt, 84 years old, died at 3:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the residence here. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Claude German, of Shelburn, four grandchildren, Norman German, of St. Louis Mo; Marilyn German, of Shelburn, Mrs. Ernest Stanfil of Indianapolis and Olaf Lenaghen of Terre Haute, four greatgrandchildren and a niece. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the McHugh funeral home in Shelburn, with burial in Highland Lawn cemetery.
