Marian was also artistic. She painted, made pottery and designed dresses.
She married Russell Ellis in 1923, and they had two children, Elizabeth Louise & Jacqueline Rose.
Following her divorce from Russell, she married Phil Hill in the 1930's, they had two children, Bobby and Patricia Elsie.
Marian also divorced Mr. Hill and subsequently married Arnold Smith in 1946. They had one child, Georgette Ann.
Marian and Arnold were married until his death in 1987.
Marian died May 8, 1990 from complications of Alzheimer's disease.
