Dorothy Estelle Long Muse of Bremen passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 in a local hospital. She was born in Bremen, September 13, 1922, daughter of the late James Foster Long and Lela Morris Long. Mrs. Muse was a member of the Bremen First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Franklin Muse; sisters, Ruby L. Rose, Oma L. Baxter, Jean L. Bradley and three brothers, Tom Long, Bud Long and Cecil Long.

Survivors include her son, Ronnie Muse of Bremen; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Larry Fraker of Covington; five grandchildren, Keith Fraker, Kim Brooks, Julie Osysko, Jenny Elliott and Kerry Muse; twelve great grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.

Services will be Sunday, August 7 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Brother Herman Parker officiating. Music will be furnished by Tiffany Reinhart accompanied by Maxine House. Jimmy Baxter, Glen Rose, Ronnie Walton, Norman Baxter, Doyal Long and Tommy Muse will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
