In addition to her parents, she is survived by, two daughters, Jenessa Nicole Houk and Adalynn Johna Houk, both of New Galilee, PA, her grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Emmett ‘Mike' Burns and Dorothy (Richards) Burns both of New Castle, PA, one sister, Jennifer N. Kraner and her husband Jason of New Castle, PA, one half sister, Jackie Petty of Seattle, WA, nieces and nephew, Jason Kraner, Jr., Johanna Kraner, Asia Kraner, Javonna Kraner, Christa Petty and Brittany Petty, her fiancé, Chris Brown, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins..
She was preceded in death by her son Christopher Houk-Brown, her grandfather Willard Houk, and her grandmother Carolyn (Lawton) Houk.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 8:00 pm at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, Inc.. Apostle David Young of Prevailing Word World Outreach Center will be officiating. Burial will be in the Parkside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family for the benefit of Kenzie's children.
