Raymond Edward Heesch, 77, of Whittier and formerly of La Habra,, a retired truck mechanic for Hadley Auto Transport in Santa Ana, died Monday. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Coleman Mortuary, La Habra. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at La Habra Christian Church. Burial will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Huntington Beach.
Mr. Heesch is survived by his wife, Faye; two sons, Sam of La Habra and Pete of Iowa; two daughters, Kate Carmean of Missouri and Mibbs Heesch of Arizona; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. His mother's name was "Torrence," and his father's name was "Heesch."
