Services will be held Friday for Bessie "Betty" Filling, 85, of Pomona in Galloway Township, who died Monday at the Atlantic City Medical Center Mainland Division.
Mrs. Filling was born in Philadelphia. She lived most of her life in Galloway Township.
She is survived by two sons William of Pomona, and John Kenneth of Somers Point; four daughters, Edna Sochocky of Ventnor, Alma Filling and Beatrice Bowden, both of Pomona, and Dorothy Lauman Noftz of Toledo, Ohio; one sister, Helen of Margate; 19 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11a.m. Friday at the Wimberg Funeral Home. 400 Liverpool Ave., Egg Harbor City, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10a.m. Friday.
Burial in Laurel Memorial Park in Pomona will follow services.
