The funeral for Frank Paul Broussard, Sr. who died Wednesday, will be at 9:45 a.m. Friday from the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi, with a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial will in Serenity Gardens in North Biloxi.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 10 p.m. today where a Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
Mr. Broussard was born April 9, 1911, in New Iberia, La., and had been a resident of Biloxi for 60 years. He lived at 799 Penny Ave., Biloxi.
He was a retired carpenter, a member of the Fleur de Lis Society. Mr. Broussard was a Navy veteran of
world War II.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Margaret Richard Broussard of Biloxi; three sons, Armond "A.J." Broussard of New Orleans, Frank Broussard Jr. and Richard Broussard, both of Biloxi; four daughter, Mrs. Iris Miller of Garland, Texas, Mrs. Linda Davis of North Bilo9xi, Mrs. Kathleen Malone of Ocean Springs, and Mrs. Dolly Jean Hokamp of Biloxi; three sisters, Mrs. Emile (Belle) Fayard of Biloxi, Mrs. Elwood 9Marie) Ross of Ocean springs, and Mrs. Archie (Mary) Busby of the Orange Grove Community; 22 grandchildren and two great children and two great grandchildren.




His grandfather, Numa Miguez, was killed in late November 1931, in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, when his car driven by son, was struck by a train.(JXCO, Ms. MRB 15, p. 418 and The Daily Herald, November 24, 1931, p. 2)
