Surviving are two daughters, Margaret Staker of Terre Haute and Frances Kibler of Anchorage, Alas., three sons, Charles C Jr., of Kent, Gilman of Terre Haute and Dale of Bloomington, a brother Harry White of Terre Haute, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Modesitt, 91, former resident of Terre Haute for 50 years, who died 9 p.m. Thursday at Robinson Memorial Hospital, Ravena Ohio, will be 1 p.m. Monday at Thomas Funeral Home, with Rev Joseph Easley officiating. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday. Surviving are two daughters, Margaret Stoker of Terre Haute and Francis Kibler of Anchorage, Alaska; three sons, Gilman of Terre Haute, Charles C. of Kent, Ohio and Dale of Bloomington, one brother Harry White, Terre Haute, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
