Thomas R. Blacka of Denver was an AID mission controller who was killed in a U. S. Embassy bomb blast in Beirut. The embassy put the total number of deceased, including Lebanese, at 24. Another 25 people were missing and presumed dead, and 120 were wounded, including 22 Americans.
