Rev. Asahel Norton Fillmore was the son of Simeon and Susanna (Glezen) Fillmore and the brother of Rev. Dr. Glezen Fillmore. He was a cousin of President Millard Fillmore. Lydia A. (Webster) Fillmore was his 1st wife. They were married April 8, 1833. Lydia died in childbirth July 18, 1836. Lovina F (Atwell) Fillmore was his 2nd wife. They were married August 22, 1837. Lovina died in 1886. Rev. Fillmore was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: Genesee (Western New York/now Upper New York) Conference 1830 F 1832 East Genesee Conference at organization 1848 Genesee Conference by change of boundaries 1872.
