She was born on November 8, 1935, in Palestine, TX to the late Lucine Garner; a sister, Sybil (Bob) Fulton of Cedar Hill TX, and a brother, James William (Dana) Garner of Garland TX. She leaves her loving husband of 32 years Casper Brown of Memphis TN, and children: James M (Paula) Garner of Senatobia MS, Linda Marie Glaze of Horn Lake MS, Danny Ray (Rosita) Garner of West Memphis AR, Donald Ray (Debbie) Garner of Memphis, Dennis Wayne (Lynn) Garner of Atoka TN, Charlene Garner of Lexington TN, Amelia Ann (Bud) Hale of Somerville TN, Mary Elizabeth (Bud) Jones of Braden TN; step-son Larry Wayne Brown (Teresa) of Eads TN; 23 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at 5-8 p.m. Sunday, March 1 at Memphis Funeral Home, Germantown Parkway Chapel. The funeral service will be 12 p.m. Monday, March 2, also at the funeral home.
