Patricia Ann Yancy Adams, 62, born February 5, 1947, at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Walter L. and Charlene Henson Yancy died Friday, February 27, 2009, at the Midwest City Regional Hospital.Pat Adams grew up in Maysville, and after highschool she moved to the Oklahoma City area. She married Jerry Adams of Maysville and was a homemaker and mother and started working for Wholesale Supply with Jerry in 1982. Later she worked with her sons with Adams Brothers Trucking in 2006, driving from Oklahoma City to California. Pat enjoyed her family and garage sales, cooking, especially making cakes for weddings and other special occasions, and fishing. She was a great care-giver and help to anyone that needed it. Survivors: 2 sons, Kenny Adams and wife Twila of Oklahoma City, and Steve Adams of Oklahoma City 2 daughters, Letha Stowers and husband B.J. of Moore, and Stacy Kilcrease, also of Moore 3 brothers, Walter "Junior" Yancy of Odessa, Texas, Terry Yancy and wife Marsha of Oklahoma City, and Doc Yancy and wife Betty of Blanchard 1 sister, Janice Porter and husband Jim of Oklahoma City grandchildren, Marc Stowers, Marissa Stowers, Jerry Ray Stowers and Megan Stowers, Kodi Adams, Kolton Adams and Klayton Adams and by other relatives and friends of the family made throughout the years. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 4, at 2:00 pm at the Maysville Assembly of God, Rev. Billy Davenport officiating, with burial in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville.
