Miss Ella Brook
GOODLAND - Miss Ella C. Brook, 86, a native of Goodland, died Jan. 21 in her home at Havana, Ill.
Miss Brook, a retired school teacher, graduated from Goodland High School in 1904. She started her teaching career at Valparaiso after graduating from Valparaiso University. She later moved to Illinois and taught in schools there. After retiring from Teaching, Miss Brook served with the Farm Security Administration Board with offices at Lafayette. Following her retirement there, she returned to Illinois to reside.
Surviving are three sisters, Miss Clare E. Brook of Springfield, Ill., Miss Magdalene L. Brook of Indianapolis and Miss Rose Brook of Goodland.
