Funeral services were Nov.19 for Jean E. Seidel, a lifelng resident of Bedford. Miss Seidel,82, died Nov.16 at her home. A graduate of Bedford High School, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dennison University and a Master's degree from Western Resrve University. She taught health and physical education in the Garfield school systems for 40 years. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Alumna Association, Garfield Heights Retired Teachers Association and the Bedford Methodist Church.
She was the aunt of Dean and Nancy Thomas, George and Anita Thomas, Hank and Dayna Thomas and Molly and Cash Hoyt, and great-great aunt of six. Services were at Johnson-Romito Funeral home with Dr. Larry Morrison officiating. Burial was at Northfield-Macedonia Cemetery, Northfield. (Bedford Times-Register, Thurs. Sept 29, 1990)
